All "The Show" productions and "Kitchen Cred" branding are the exclusive property of VoteFor.Me. By participating, candidates grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to VoteFor.Me to use their name, image, and recipes across all media, including retail Meal Kit distribution.
2. Culinary Liability & Indemnification
Absolute Liability Release:
Assumption of Risk: Cooking involves inherent hazards including fire, laceration, and food-borne illness. VoteFor.Me is a media broadcaster and provides NO warranty regarding recipe safety, nutritional accuracy, or preparation outcomes.
Full Indemnification: Users and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoteFor.Me and its partners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from kitchen fires, property damage, or medical reactions (including allergic reactions) resulting from recipes featured on the platform.
3. Misinformation & Defamation Disclaimer
VoteFor.Me acts as a "conduit of information" under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We do not endorse the claims made by candidates. We explicitly disclaim liability for slanderous, defamatory, or factually incorrect statements made by third-party participants.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal action arising from these terms must be filed exclusively in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
