Kitchen Cred is built on the trust of the voters. To maintain this trust, all sponsors—from small businesses to large trade unions—must adhere to this Code of Conduct. We don't just ask for your support; we ask for your respect for the process.
01. The Editorial Firewall
Sponsorship covers the cost of production, equipment, and distribution. It does not grant any influence over the "Voter Nutrition Label" scores, the selection of interview questions, or the final edit of the show. The Butcher and The Baker operate independently of all financial contributors.
02. Zero Outcomes Guaranteed
Sponsoring an episode featuring a specific candidate does not guarantee a "positive" outcome for that candidate. Our audit is a test of heat and record. If a sponsored candidate fails the audit, the results will be published without bias.
03. Conflict of Interest
Sponsors may not have a direct familial or primary contractual relationship with the candidate in the episode they are underwriting. We reserve the right to reallocate sponsorship funds to general platform operations if a conflict of interest is identified.
04. Transparency of Origin
All sponsors must be willing to be listed on our Public Ledger. We do not accept "dark money" or anonymous underwriting. The community has a right to know who is fueling the kitchen.
05. The "Word of Honor" Clause
By sponsoring, you acknowledge that the value of your partnership lies in the resonance of a trusted platform. Any attempt to pressure, sway, or redact the findings of an audit will result in the immediate termination of the partnership without refund.
Sponsoring the Conversation, Not the Candidate.
